1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the website at coinpilotapp.io or submitting the waitlist form, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Who we are
The website is operated by RTBFOX OÜ (registry code 16511688), registered in Estonia. The CoinPilot App project will transfer to CoinPilot OÜ in Q3 2026.
3. What CoinPilot App is — and is not
CoinPilot App is an educational simulation for learning how investing works. It uses real-time market data from public sources, but all in-app currency is virtual. No real money or crypto changes hands as part of the simulation.
CoinPilot App is not:
- A real-money brokerage or trading platform.
- A custody provider or wallet.
- An investment advisor, financial planner, or fiduciary.
- A money services business or crypto exchange.
Nothing in the app, on this site, or in our communications is investment advice. Practice in the app does not guarantee outcomes when investing real money. Always do your own research and consult qualified professionals before making real financial decisions.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to use the site or join the waitlist. You must be at least 18 to subscribe to Premium when it becomes available.
5. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist means you consent to receive a small number of emails about CoinPilot App's launch, closed beta access, and bonus offers (such as free Premium for early users). You can unsubscribe at any time. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle your email.
The "free Premium for 12 months" offer for early waitlist members is contingent on signing up before the public launch and remaining subscribed to launch announcements. We reserve the right to change the offer or substitute a benefit of equivalent value if circumstances require.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misused, or other people's email addresses.
- Attempt to disrupt, probe, or attack the site's infrastructure.
- Scrape, mirror, or republish the site's content without permission.
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, copy, and visual assets on this site are owned by RTBFOX OÜ (and after transition, CoinPilot OÜ) or licensed for use. The name "CoinPilot App", the Panda Helper character, and the visual brand system are protected. "Duolingo" is a trademark of Duolingo, Inc., and "GitHub Copilot" is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation — they are referenced for descriptive comparison purposes only and are not affiliated with CoinPilot App.
8. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RTBFOX OÜ (and any successor entity), its founders, and its agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or the waitlist. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed €100.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia. If you are a consumer in the EU, this does not affect any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
